SWAYAM SIDDH SIDDHANT SEWA AVAM SIKSHA SAMITI (ITC) is a voluntary non-government organization, registered as a society under sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No-44 of 1973) with Registrar of Societies Madhya Pradesh Bhopal. Registration No. as B.H. Sambhag-1348 Dated- 25th April, 1992.
Swayam Siddh Siddhant Sewa Avam Siksha Samiti (ITC) is professionally organized non profit NGO consists of group of committed social workers, Doctors, Engineers, Management Experts, Professors, Trainers HRD professional and Retd. Forest Officials and Entrepreneurs and other well meaning citizens, who have pledged to help, develop support and facilitate the Urban and rural community in the area of Poverty, Education, Health, Agriculture, Environment, Youth Development and Social Reform through various Capacity Building activities in Madhya Pradesh.
BACKGROUND:
In the year 2000, an initiative was taken by a group of persons consisting of renowned personalities in the fields of Livelihood. Health, Social Sector and in the sphere of Administration for making concerted and noble efforts aimed to improve the overall quality of life of people, particularly the tribal, women, children, downtrodden and deprived sections of Society, living both in rural and urban areas, so that they are able to lead a respectable, healthy and economically self-dependent life.
Till August 1999, it was being operated under the name and style of "Sparkle Institute of Computer Education” at Ashok Nagar Pul Bobda, Bhopal. However, on 25th April 2000, its management was taken over by new Managing Committee and it was resolved to change its name to “SWAYAM SIDDH SIDDHANT SEWA AVAM SIKSHA SAMITI (ITC) ", with registered office at A-135, Housing Board Colony, Aishbagh Stadium, Bhopal, and now it is functioning as such. The changes in the Managing Committee, its name and new head office, have been duly registered with the Registrar of Societies at No. as B.H. Sambhag-1348 Dated- 25th April, 2000.
REGISTRATIONS UNDER INCOME TAX ACT:
Because of its character as a charitable, non-profit voluntary organization, working for the poor, downtrodden, deprived and disadvantages sections of Society, focusing on women, children. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled tribes, Swayam Siddh Siddhant Sewa Avam Siksha Samiti (ITC) with Permanent Account Number of the Income Tax Act No. AACAS8410R and having the registration under section-12AA(1)(b)(i) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
